Victoria Fabbo, MPH, RDN, LDN
Culinary Dietitian | TV Host | Nutrition Educator | Advocate for Inclusion
Where food meets community, you’ll find Victoria Fabbo in her element.
A Culinary Dietitian with over 6 years of experience, Victoria blends a love of delicious, nourishing food with a mission to make nutrition inclusive, approachable, and fun for everyone — from age 5 to 105.
Her journey began early — at just five years old, she was helping in her family’s Italian restaurant, Vittorio’s Pizza & Restaurant, where she learned the values of hospitality, hard work, and connection through food.
Since then, her passion has taken her around the world — from earning a Baking & Pastry degree and Culinary Nutrition degree at Johnson & Wales University, to studying at the prestigious École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie in Yssingeaux, France. She later earned her Master of Public Health in Dietetics from UMass Lowell.
🎬 Host of Fabulous Foods with Victoria Fabbo
Victoria is the creator and host of the international cooking show Fabulous Foods, where she spotlights chefs from around the globe as they share the stories, ingredients, and traditions behind their favorite cultural dishes.
Her goal? To inspire you to explore new flavors and celebrate the diversity of food.
🍎 Nutrition Educator & Advocate
Whether leading hands-on cooking classes for individuals with Down syndrome and disabilities, teaching nutrition to school kids, adults, and seniors, or cooking live on stage at events like the Rhode Island Women’s Expo or Boston Public Market, Victoria brings energy, empathy, and real-world expertise to every interaction.
She is a proud volunteer with Best Buddies International, a Culinary Dietitian for Connecting Pieces (a nonprofit supporting those with GI disorders), and currently serves as Secretary of the Massachusetts Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics (MAND).
